Mission

Everyone's peace of mind and passion

We, Peace and Passion (say Peace!) is a social start-up established by Dr. HIRANO Satoshi (The National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, AIST Japan) with AIKAWA Kazuki (Tsukuba University), researchers and students from, Keio University, Ibaraki University, and others.

In order to resolve the economic inequality issue and the global warming issue, we have developped and operateed Demandic which based on demand economics and patents on the H-Market model developed by Dr. Hirano. Also we have started the Demandic Ocean Project to revitalize local economies. Our mission is "Everyone's peace of mind and passion" through the people's cooperation, science, and technology. We are committed to cutting-edge research and development every day to realize the mission all over the world.

Peace and Passion supports the United Nation's SDGs activities. We will realize 1. Zero poverty; 2. Zero Hunger; 8. Decent work and economic growth; 10. Reduced inequalities; and 16. Peace.

Works

Demandic: A place for realizing your and everyone's wants and contribution with cooperation.

Banban board: A decidable app for decision making for shopping and work.

Culture

We pursue our art. When in doubt, we follow our mission and conscience.
We all are friends and learning animals; we read newspapers and books everyday. In summer we climb mountains and enjoy bodyboards at the beach. No smartphone or caffeine addicts here.
The workday starts at 8:30 with cheerful greetings for everyone. No suits. Ten-minute break every hour. We take lunch in the greeful university and take a walk. We usually go home at 18:30 and go to bed before 22:30.
